What type of ticket do I need to use the Pitched Perfects service?
Pitched Perfect is based within the main festival campsite. Therefore you will need to purchase a weekend with camping ticket from the festival you are attending to use our service.
You will not be able to access Pitched Perfect if you purchase weekend non-camping or day tickets.
Can I book my accommodation before I book my festival ticket?
We always recommend you have your festival camping ticket booked before you book with us.
If you book accommodation with us, then end up not getting a festival camping ticket, you will be subject to our cancellation fees if you have to cancel your Pitched Perfect booking. Please see our Terms and Conditions for cancellation fees
What equipment do you have available to hire?
We hire Tents for up to 2, 4, 6 or 8 people and a range of bell tents depending on the festival. We also provide various accessories such as airbeds, laybeds, sleeping bags, head torches and toiletries.
Can I take any items home with me?
All our equipment is rented, and should be left for our staff to pack down at the end of the festival.
How do I find my accommodation when I arrive?
Arrival information can be found on the booking page of the festival you are attending. Pitched Perfect are also located on the festival site maps so please check the website of the festival you are attending.
Our large check-in gazebo will be located at the entrance to the campsite and from there our on-site staff will show you to your accommodation.
Please ensure:
- You bring your booking reference number with you.
- You arrive within the check-in opening times stated on the arrivals instructions page.
All our accommodations are pre-allocated to each individual booking prior to your arrival and will be reserved for you no matter what day you arrive at the festival
Between what times can I check-in to my tent?
The Pitched Perfect check-in gazebo is NOT open 24 hours. (We like to have a good time too!) Usual check-in times are 9am – 8pm, however please check arrival Information on the booking page of the festival you are attending as this can vary slightly from festival to festival.
Can our group have our tents pitched together?
We will do our very best to get you and your friends pitched together. If more of your friends want to be pitched with you and are booking separately then, after you have made your first booking have all your friends enter your booking reference number into the comment box when making their booking.
If you have all already booked but not grouped your bookings, then email bookings@pitchedperfect.ie with the booking reference numbers and the names the bookings were made in and we will look after it for you. We will always try to book you with your friends if requested however it may not always be possible due to time and site layout restraints.
Can my friends who have not booked a tent visit us in the Pitched Perfect?
Sorry, but for security reasons and so that we can control the use of the services provided within our campsite, only people who book pre-pitched accommodation will be allowed into Pitched Perfect.
What toilet and shower facilities are available?
Services may differ from festival to festival. Please check the festival listings for what is available. Showers and toilets are provided and maintained by the festival promoters and are not the responsibility of Pitched Perfect.
What security is there for Pitched Perfect customers?
The festival provides on-site security and stewards within the main campsite, including Pitched Perfect. However, large gatherings of people can provide easy pickings for thieves. Car keys, cash, credit cards, mobile phones, wallets, purses and other valuable items should be kept with you at all times. Do not leave them in unattended tents.
Check the website of the festival you are attending for information regarding crime prevention and availability of storage facilities for valuables.
Even though we have additional security at some of our private campsites you are still camping with lots of people you do not know, so please still be careful and keep all valuables with you.
Can I pay a deposit for my booking?
Sorry, but we require full payment at the time of booking
Can I change or add items to my booking?
If you would like to order items and add it to your booking this can be done either through our website or alternatively they can be bought over the weekend from our onsite shop at the festival.
Please also refer to our terms and conditions if you are looking to cancel part of your booking.
Refunds are subject to our Terms and conditions:
- If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to rental start date a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental amount will apply.
- If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to rental start date a cancellation fee of 50% of the prepaid rental amount will apply.
- No refunds shall be given if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to rental start date or if you fail to arrive at the event on the rental start date and fail to notify Pitched Perfect in advance of this date.
Please be aware that in the instance of the event or festival being cancelled through no fault of our own (e.g. weather, flood, pandemic, terrorism, earthquake, strikes, civil disobedience or other such cause) we reserve the right to implement the above cancellation terms.
Can I bring my dog to the Pitched Perfect Campsite?
Sorry, we can only allow guide dogs. We do not allow pets within the campsite.
Can I have a BBQ in the Pitched Perfect Campsite?
Nope. The risk of fire and carbon monoxide poisoning from a BBQ is too great.
Can I have a camp fire in the Pitched Perfect Campsite?
Again it’s a no, it’s not that we don’t want you to have a good time it’s that just we want you to have a safe time as well. Alcohol and fire do NOT mix well.
Can I pitch my own tent in the Pitched Perfect campsite?
Sorry but only people who book pre-pitched accommodation will be allowed into the Pitched Perfect campsite, we do not provide space for people to pitch their own tents. Any tents pitched that are not part of Pitched Perfect will be removed by security.
