Booking & Tickets
Do I need a ticket to access the campsite?
Yes. Your booking confirmation email is your ticket. It contains your unique reference number which you must show at reception when checking in.
Do I need an event ticket as well as a camping booking?
Yes. Your camping or glamping booking only covers accommodation. You must also have a valid event ticket where applicable.
How do I book a tent or camping package?
All bookings must be made through our online booking system. Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all your booking details.
Can I add extra people to my tent booking?
Each tent has a maximum occupancy. If you wish to add extra guests, please contact our team and we will advise if an upgrade or additional tent is required.
Can I amend my booking after payment?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are Non Refundable
What time is check-in?
Check-in times will be confirmed in the event information pack we will email to you closer to the festival.
Where do I check in when I arrive?
All guests must check in at the Pitched Perfect reception desk on site. Please have your booking reference ready.
Can I arrive late?
We recommend arriving during check-in hours so our team can assist you properly.
Can we request tents beside friends?
We will always try to place groups together where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed unless the bookings are made together.
Is bedding included?
Some packages include bedding while others require you to bring your own sleeping bags or duvet. This will be clearly stated in the package description.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing:
- Sleeping bag or duvet (if bedding is not included)
- Pillow
- Torch or headlamp
- Power bank for charging devices
- Warm clothing and waterproofs
- Toiletries
Can I bring my own tent?
No you cannot bring any tents into the glampsite.
Can I bring a campervan or caravan?
No. This campsite is for tents only.
Can friends visit my tent?
Only guests who are registered to stay in the campsite may enter the camping area.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted on site.
Can I bring cooking equipment or gas stoves?
No, we do not permit any naked flames or gas stoves etc onsite.
Are there showers and toilets on site?
Yes. Toilets and hot showers are available for campsite guests.
Is there phone charging available?
Yes. Charging facilities are available within the campsite.
Is there security on site?
Yes. The campsite is staffed and monitored to ensure guest safety.
What if I lose something on site?
Please report lost items to reception. If found, items will be held at the glampsite reception.
