We will always try to book you with your friends if requested however it may not always be possible due to time and site layout restraints.
Can my friends who have not booked a tent visit us in the Pitched Perfect?
Sorry, but for security reasons and so that we can control the use of the services provided within our campsite, only people who book pre-pitched accommodation will be allowed into Pitched Perfect.
What toilet and shower facilities are available?
Services may differ from festival to festival. Please check the festival listings for what is available.
What security is there for Pitched Perfect customers?
The festival provides on-site security and stewards within the main campsite, including Pitched Perfect. However, large gatherings of people can provide easy pickings for thieves. Car keys, cash, credit cards, mobile phones, wallets, purses and other valuable items should be kept with you at all times. Do not leave them in unattended tents.
Check the website of the festival you are attending for information regarding crime prevention and availability of storage facilities for valuables.
