Terms & Conditions

1.1 The below terms and conditions apply to the hire of all camping equipment and other services provided by Pitched Perfect to you at any event. Together with your on line booking form; these terms and conditions form the agreement between you and Pitched Perfect for rental of equipment and services.

1.2 Pitched Perfect reserve the right to alter and amend the terms and conditions without notice. The terms and conditions which apply to your booking will be the ones which were active at the time of booking.


Services and Equipment

2.1 You can access full details of all the Services and Equipment we provide on our website.

2.2 Pitched Perfect will undertake, at all times, to supply the Services and Equipment in accordance with your online booking. In the event that we are unable to provide you with the exact Equipment you have booked, we will supply you with substitute equipment of the same or comparable stipulation and quality of your original booking.

2.3 The Services and Equipment are subject to change without notice.

2.4 In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the condition of the Equipment supplied to you upon arrival at your event, you must notify a member of our team without delay or within 24 hours of your time of arrival at the Event.  Upon notification, we will inspect the Equipment as soon as possible and should replacement Equipment be required, we will endeavour it to supply it.  We cannot guarantee this will always be possible.  In the event that you fail to notify one of our team members within the time frame outlined above, we cannot give any commitment that we will replace the Equipment originally provided.

2.5 If at any time post your arrival at the Event the Equipment sustains damage not caused as a result of your actions or the actions of others using the Equipment with your permission, you must make a member of our team aware of this damage without delay.  We will inspect the damage and if deemed necessary and pending availability, we will replace or repair the damaged Equipment as soon as possible.

2.6 We expect all equipment rented to you to be returned to us in the same condition as you received it when it was provided to you upon your arrival at the Event.  Allowances will be made for normal wear and tear due to normal use of the Equipment.  Your credit or debit cards details used to secure your booking with us may be held on record by us and we reserve the right to recoup any losses sustained by Pitched Perfect in the event that the equipment rented to you is not returned to us in the same condition as supplied.

2.7 Opening and closing times of your Event will be stipulated on your booking confirmation or via email to you.  You will not have access to the equipment or services outside of the times stipulated by us. All hired equipment must be returned to our reception area before the specified closing times of the Event.

2.8 All equipment hired to you will remain the property of Pitched Perfect unless otherwise stated on the package purchased by you. Please refer to package information on our website for details of equipment available to you to buy and retain after the Event.

2.9 The Services and Equipment provided to you must be used for their intended use and you must ensure to keep all Equipment in good condition.  Allowances will be made for normal wear and tear due to normal use of the Equipment only.
2.10 Loss you may suffer as a result of adverse weather conditions is not the responsibility of Pitched Perfect.  The equipment is only suitable for the weather conditions as outlined by the manufactures stipulation.


Bookings and Payment

3.1 All bookings for our Pitched Perfect packages must be made via our website.  Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.  All bookings made will be acknowledged by email to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. Any further correspondence from us in relation to your booking will be sent to this email address also.

3.2 The initial booking confirmation email will outline the details of your booking and will contain a unique booking reference number which is required in order to access your rented equipment at the Event. Booking made with Pitched perfect do not include the festival entry ticket, this must be purchased by you directly from the Event organisers website.

Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Your booking may be cancelled by your no later than 24 hours prior to the start time of the Event.  All cancellations must be made to us via email only.  The following cancellation fees apply:

10% cancellation fees applies to any cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the start date of the Event

50% cancellation fees applies to any cancellations made 7 or more days but less than 14 days prior to the start date of the Event

It will be our sole discretion to refund any fee to you if your cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the start date of the Event or fail to notify us via email of your cancellation


The Event

5.1 Pitched Perfect do not own, operate or have any direct involvement or responsibility for the Event other than the equipment and services supplied by us to you.  Each Event will be subject to its own rules and regulations which will be displayed on the website of the event you are attending.  We will not be held responsible for the actions of anyone attending the Event which may impact on your enjoyment of the Event.  If the Event is cancelled prior to the start date outlined, we will give you a full refund of your booking. In the Event that you have started using the services and equipment provided and the Event is cancelled, refunds will be at our sole discretion.


Limitation of Liability

6.1 We strongly recommend that you never leave any valuables unattended in your tent at any time.  In no event will Pitched Perfect be liable to you for any damage or theft whatsoever, for pure economic loss, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage such as lost profit, lost opportunity, lost bargain, lost reputation, loss of anticipated savings or otherwise whether caused by our negligence, the negligence of our employees or agents or otherwise
6.2 Our total liability including the liability of our agents, subcontractors and employees in respect of any Services or Equipment provided to you will (except in relation to personal injury or death caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees) be limited to the amount you have paid for your booking.

6.3 You accept that the limitations of our liability set out above are reasonable in all the circumstances. Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury arising as a result of our negligence or the negligence of our employees.



7.1 You agree that you have the power to enter into this agreement.
7.2 You will not be entitled to withhold by way of set-off, deduction, counterclaim any amounts which you owe to us against any amounts that we may owe to you.
7.3 We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control such as severe weather, a natural disaster, strikes, governmental action, terrorism, war and civil unrest.
7.4 The parties agree that these terms are fair and reasonable in all the circumstances. However, if any provision of these terms is held not to be valid by a court of competent jurisdiction but would be valid if part of the wording were deleted, then such provision shall apply with such deletions as may be necessary to make it valid. If any of the provisions in these terms are held not to be valid the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect.
7.5 These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
If you breach these terms and conditions and we decide to take no action or neglect to do so, then we will still be entitled to take action and enforce our rights and remedies for any other breach.


Irish Data Protection

8.1 Pitched Perfect fully respects an individual’s right to privacy, and any personal information provided will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Irish Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003.
