Nourish & Flow returns to Ballykilcavan Estate, Stradbally, Co. Laois for the June Bank Holiday Weekend, Friday 4th to Monday 7th June 2027.

Created exclusively for women, Nourish & Flow is your chance to step away from the everyday and enjoy three nights to rest, relax and reconnect.

There is plenty to choose from throughout the weekend, from gentle movement and creative workshops to sound, nature, good food and quiet moments in between, but nothing is compulsory. Do as much or as little as you feel like.

Come on your own or with friends, sleep in, join a workshop, book a treatment, sit over breakfast, wander the grounds or simply enjoy having nowhere else you need to be.

For one weekend, everything is taken care of so you can put yourself first for a change.
