Nourish & Flow 2027 – Luxury Suite (Solo or Twin)

Our most luxurious glamping option, for anyone who wants to make their Nourish & Flow weekend feel that little bit more special.

Your spacious Suite comes with a choice of:

• Solo: One real double bed with a sprung mattress
• Twin: Two bamboo-frame single beds with foam mattresses

Each Suite also includes an electric blanket, sofa, mini-fridge, breakfast table and chairs, power, towels, bathrobes and slippers, giving you a warm and comfortable space to properly switch off at the end of the day.

Nourish & Flow is a women’s-only wellness weekend, created to give you three nights away from everyday life to rest, recharge and enjoy some proper time for yourself.

Your booking includes three nights’ accommodation, all meals and all group workshops, classes and experiences throughout the weekend.

Early Bird Bonus: The first 10 guests to book an Early Bird Suite or Notions package will each receive a special “Start Your Retreat Early” gift box, posted out to them after booking so the Nourish & Flow experience can begin before the weekend itself. If you book a two-person package, both guests will receive their own gift box.
